Our own Lisa Neitzel along with her colleague Renae Ronquist presented a program about the public relations firm, Surge Communications. The program was a first for Skyline. Lisa had lost her voice so they used an AI generated voice for their program. Surge was started by Lisa in 2011. She stressed that digital marketing was the the most important element in current marketing efforts. Websites are the cornerstone of a business's marketing efforts and need to be kept current to be effective. Search engine optimization is maximized by regular content updates to the website. Thank you Lisa and Renae for your presentation.
March is Rotary International Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Month.
Thought for the Week
"After a natural disaster, safe drinking water is a priority. Humans can live longer without food than water, so communication about clean water is essential to help avoid the risk of cholera, dysentery, malnutrition, famine, and death.".
