We will meet at the YMCA this Friday, February 10th, 2023. Our presenter will be Hermantown Schools Superintendent Wayne Whitwam. Duties this week will be Invocation - Kevin Kalligher, Fellowship - Crystal Bowen, and Greeter - Adam Doust. 

 

Our Board meeting is Tuesday the 14th noon at Bent Paddle Taproom or by Zoom, and don't forget that it is also Valentine's Day.  

 

Next week on Thursday the 16th at 6:00 we will have dinner at the Hammond Steak House in Superior at 6:00. RSVP with Chris Sward. chris.sward@amiengineers.com Dinner choices are Prime Rib, Sirloin Steak, Walleye, Shrimp, Chicken Kiev. 

There will be no Friday meeting on the 17th. 

 

Last week on a very cold Thursday night there was a great turnout of Skyliners and guests for Rotary Night at the Playhouse. Thank you to DG Kay Biga for making this opportunity available to us. 

 

Last week our guests were Students - Kendra Hansen, and Alexis Milbridge, Colton Suihkonen, and Clara Leutgeb. We love having guests. 

Our program was about our Club's two international service Projects; the Ukrainian Support and Education Center in Warsaw, Poland, and the Medical Clinic in Nigeria which is now completed. 

 

February is Rotary Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Month.

February 23 is Rotary's Anniversary.
