Joe Bullyan's visitation is this Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 with funeral service 11:00 - 12:00 at Sunrise Memorial Funeral Home 4798 Miller Trunk Highway. He joined Skyline Rotary in 1976 and was a prominant member of the business community on the top of the hill with his Bullyan RV business that he started in 1954. Most noteworthy was he and his wife Nancy's philanthropy later in their lives. They made major gifts to St Anne's where Joe's father spent the end of his life, and to UDAC to purchase the previous Duluth Business College building in Spirit Valley.
