SELL PEACHES! THE TRUCK ARRIVES Friday 8/20 AT SAM'S CLUB.
This Friday we will meet at the Boys and Girls Club Camp on Island Lake. Take Rice Lake Road past Island Lake Inn. Follow the Rotary signs. Turn right on County 274 to Tracy Road. This will be a hybrid meeting as well. We will forego our usual duties in the interest of building the woodshed and having some fun afterwards. Lunch will be served. Wear work clothes and bring battery drills for shooting screws.
Long time past Skyliner Dr. Clyde Finch is retiring from his dental practice. There will be a celebration at Piedmont Dental on Wednesday, July 28 from 5:30-7:30 pm. RSVP at 722-0823.
Mark will have Rotary lawn signs and peach tickets with him at this Friday's meeting.
Last week we met at Boulder Lake Environmental Learning Center. They have projects for us to build; screening in a screen porch, a deck for summer interns, and an outdoor classroom which could be a joint effort with other local Clubs. Keep tuned for an announcement from Garret about an upcoming golf social outing.
July is Rotary New Leadership Month.
