Dennis spoke to our club about a life saving device called an ARM-LOC. An ARM-LOC is used in water rescues, it is basically an inflatable device that can be placed on someones arm by another person or themselves. Once it is attached it is not coming off and the person can be brought to safety by a rope that is attached to the device. The Departments would like to purchase 20 of these devices, this is where we come in. The local Rotary Clubs are partnering up to make the purchase happen and it all starts with the the GB Leighton Concert November 2. Let's help make it happen.
