GREAT EFFORT ON THE PEACH SALE! Some peaches (less than a pallett) are still available at Bent Paddle in the cooler until end of day Wednesday when Second Harvest will pick them up. Call Tim if you need any 218-348-7544. Please turn in peach money to David. Save your favorite peach sale stories to tell at our meeting on the 30th.
This Friday the 23rd there will be no Lunch meeting as some members will be involved in the setup for the Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival. The schedule of events for the Festival is attached to a previous email.
PDG Kay Biga mentioned that there will be another Rotary evening at the Duluth Playhouse on September 12th. It will be the dress rehersal before the opening of "Jersey Boys", the Tony award winning musical about Franki Valli and the Four Seasons.
August is Rotary International Membership and New Club Developmentternal Month. Twin Ports Community based Rotaract will be a "new" Club.
