Rotary Group tour to India - February 2024

We are very excited to advise you that Sursen and I are once again leading another Rotary tour to India commencing 10 February 2024 returning 1 March 2024. Travel itinerary is attached.

The tour is organised and managed by Exotic Holidays, a reputable local Travel company who has previously organised and managed past 3 successful and memorable Tours to South East Asia for our Rotary Group.

The terms and conditions plus costs and payment structure are included below in the email from Rahul Sharma owner of Exotic Holidays. In this constantly changing travel environment, it is imperative that you fully appraise yourself with the terms and conditions of the travel requirements and take appropriate travel risk cover.

We plan to hold travel presentation early July 2023. Date and venue will be advised in due course.

The tour outline is now finalised but we will continue to fine tune the travel arrangements over next few months, offering additional options at various locations on shopping, entertainment, dining and Rotary Club visits. We will be covering this in our periodical updates to you. We are open to any suggestions you may have and may incorporate it in the programs if considered feasible and within the proposed travel itinerary. 

The accommodations selected are largely 5 star hotels with the exception at some locations where 5 star hotels are not available.

This trip we are visiting South Goa, staying at beautiful Taj Exotica Resort and Spa a 5 star establishment close to the beach offering a wide variety of amenities including number of dining options.  For Golf enthusiasts, there is a nine hole Golf course at this resort. We will be happy to organise a game of golf for those interested.

Please review the travel itinerary, check the locations and hotels via the internet and let us know if interested to join the tour by 10 June 2023 or earlier to assist us with booking/confirming of travel arrangements.
