Rotary Mt Eden Presents the WOaH Trio Jazz Concert with Denholm Orr (Bass), Leon Hattori (Piano) and Daniel Waterson (Drums). Tickets $20 General Admission/$10 Student. Nett proceeds go towards a couple of great causes: End Polio Now and local Rotary youth programmes. Musician Bios:
Denholm Orr is currently undergoing a research masters in jazz bass performance at the University of Auckland. He and pianist Leon Hattori have travelled to the Conservatorium van Amsterdam for their international summer jazz course.

Leon Hattori is about to move to Europe to study jazz piano at a conservatory in either the Netherlands or Germany. He has won several awards at the National Youth Jazz Competition, including "Most Outstanding Pianist" and "Best Performance of a New Zealand Composition" for one of his own compositions in 2016.

Daniel Waterson is currently in his 3rd year of studying a bachelor of music in jazz performance and plays regularly with various groups around Auckland such as Bewyldabeast, Oli Holland's Jazz Attack and for Songwriter Nick Dow. Daniel has also won several awards such as the “Most Outstanding Musician” award at the annual National Youth Jazz Competition in Tauranga in 2014.

Denholm, Leon and Daniel will perform mostly original music. The programme comprises two approx. 45 min sets with a 15 min intermission.
