Monthly trivia nights at Jobsite are a big part of our club's community involvement. We are in need of a person/people or method for making trivia questions each month. If you have any ideas please share with us!

 

Stratford District Secondary School's Robotics Team is going to Worlds! Rotaract has been following the Team since their success in the 2023-2024 season. Students a part of the Robotics Team spend countless hours building and coding robots for competitions. And the most impressive fact is that most of their work is self-taught, learning from more senior students and other students online. Getting to see their work in person is beyond impressive, and we are so proud of this Team for representing Stratford at the World Championship in Dallas, Texas this week. The Team will be competing on May 6th, 7th, and 8th and you can follow along via livestreams on VEX TV (look for V5RC (HS) - Technology Division). Team Number and Name is 29295A Stratford Robotics A. We are rooting for you!

 

On Saturday May 3rd, the three Rotary Clubs in Stratford participated in the Peace Pole Unveiling Ceremony as part of the District Conference. Peace Poles are internationally recognized symbols of hopes and dreams of humans, standing vigil in silent prayer for peace on earth. The three poles represent each Rotary Club in Stratford and our ongoing commitment to fostering peace in our community and around the world. You can see this permanent installation in front of Gallery Stratford.
