Hello friends,

 

I hope everyone had a chance to enjoy some sunshine this weekend! This week we're meeting at the The Local (612 Erie Street, Stratford) and we have one of our own presenting to us! Sarah Merkel is going to be speaking about a topic that is near and dear to her heart, Wellness & Self Care (with some sleep wellness involved as well)! I'm excited to hear Sarah's presentation and receive some takeways to improve my wellness and self care.
