Attached are the minutes from our April 6, 2016 meeting. If you haven't logged into Club Runner yet (the place where we house all of your info), please do so soon. Upcoming volunteer opportunities that can count as a make up/banked hours are:
1) Rural-Urban dinner needs volunteers for wine cart sales. The event is this Thursday, April 14th and volunteers are needed for 6:00-8:00. Please email Arlene at arlenempol@gmail.com if you're able to help.
2) Aquabox Build is taking place on Saturday, April 16th. The build is from 8:30 to 12:30 and our help is especially needed between 11:30 and 12:30 when they load the finished boxes into the warehouse. Please email Arlene at arlenempol@gmail.com if you're able to help.
3) Downtown Earth Day Clean Up – Friday, April 22 @ 5:00pm. Alyssa will co-ordinate Rotaract’s participation. We likely will head out for dinner afterwards. Please contact Alyssa if you’re able to participate. mckone8@hotmail.com or 519-703-0240.
4) Stratford Home and Leisure Show volunteers are needed. This is great exposure for our club and for us to be out in the community. There are various shifts (mostly two hours in length) available from Apr 22, 2016 at 3:00 PM - Apr 24, 2016 at 4:00 PM. If you would like to volunteer, please email Arlene at arlenempol@gmail.com and provide her with your availability and she can provide you with the times that are available.
Please email Raks lamptey@lampteylaw.ca when you've done a make-up or want your Rotaract volunteer/committee commitments to be added to your Club Runner membership profile to be used at a later date.
