Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday season. A friendly reminder that our next meeting is this Wednesday where Rebecca will be presenting her classification. As previously shared, we'll be moving to the Wine Cellar at the Hub. The Wine Cellar is in the basement and to access it on Wednesdays, enter through the back door off George St (near the LCBO parking lot). Go in the back door, straight down the hallway and into the Wine Cellar. Don't forget that our meetings will now start at 7:00 but we have the space at 6:30 and I suggest coming early to mingle and order any food or beverage, if desired. Updates and announcements since our last meeting: A big thank you to Sarah for hosting our Christmas social! We had a delicious Christmas dinner and some passionate discussion. We also collected several bags of food items for the Salvation Army and took our dinner left overs (there was lots!) to Optimism Place to be shared with the women and children in crisis who are staying there. Mexican Experience - District 4110 Many of you will recall Rodrigo who joined us this summer/fall as a New Generations Exchange participant from Mexico.
