1) Attached is the agenda for our meeting this Wednesday at 6:30pm.
2) The Hop 'Till You Drop Pub Crawlwill be taking place next Thursday April 13th of the Easter Long weekend (Friday is a holiday!). Tickets are $30.00 each, which gets a half pint at four stops and an appetizer at the first stop. Registration begins at 7:30pm at the Queen's Inn and we will start to deploy at 8:00. Proceeds will go towards our local community projects. Please SELL, SELL, SELL over the next 1.5 weeks. If you need tickets, you can get them from Kelly at our meeting.
3) The Rotary Club of Stratford is having their annual Rural Urban Night on April 12th starting at 6:00pm. See poster below for details if you would like to attend with family/friends.
4) If you have missed a meeting, please send your make-up to Kelly Daum, our new club Secretary. kellydaum15@gmail.com. Or if you have volunteered at a Rotaract event such as Trivia Night or sub-committee meeting, send this to Kelly and she can bank it for a future meeting you may need to miss.

Attended Business after 5 and met Ian – Ian convinced them to come to a meeting with him right after this event. It’s been two years.

5.1 Make-Ups
Volunteering at an event that Rotaract or Rotary hosts counts as a makeup.
Volunteering at another event we have been asked to assist with counts as a makeup.
Attending a Rotary club meeting counts as a makeup.
Rotary Club of Stratford meets on Thursdays at noon at the Kiwanis Centre in Stratford.
Festival City Rotary Club meets on Thursdays at 7:10 a.m. at The Queens Inn in Stratford. (No, the a.m. is not a typo).
Attending a Rotaract social (which occurs quarterly in lieu of a meeting) counts as a meeting/makeup.
Committee meetings and/or event preparation counts as a makeup.
Merely attending an event does not count as a makeup.

Festival Club – Spaghetti Dinner takes place Monday April 3 at 4:00-4:30. Please feel free to partake or assist. $15.00 per tickets. If you volunteer, your dinner is free. There are vegetarian options. Black Angus is assisting. Good networking opportunity. This would count as a makeup.
District Training on April 1 in Sarnia. Laurie and Kelly are signed up to attend. Everyone is welcome on day one of the training each year. If anyone else is interested in attending, please let Laurie or Sarah know.
