Our next meeting will be taking place on Wednesday October 3, 2018 social beginning at 6:30 and official meeting beginning at 7:00. There is no formal speaker this week. Instead, this week’s meeting is an opportunity for folks to share their thoughts and ideas. I thought it would be a great time to gather together and get updates from our current committees and then break out into smaller planning committees for some upcoming fundraiser ideas. Please let me know which of the events or topics below you are most interested in working on by Wednesday at noon. If you have more than one interest, simply indicate your choices by ranking them with #1 being your first choice, etc. and I will create discussion groups based on interest. If you have multiple interests, not to worry! This does not exclude you from helping out with multiple events. The purpose of this meeting is just to get the ball rolling. Our agenda will be kept short to give us more time for planning! Being mindful of Jobsite's hours, we will wrap up the meeting by 8pm but please feel free to continue your conversations!
