Hello friends, In lieu of a meeting this week, please join us August 17th at Stratford's House of Blessing (423 Erie Street, Stratford) to paint bowls for their fundraiser Empty Bowls. We can be there from 6pm - 9pm and you can drop in later or leave early - there's no need to stay for the full 3 hours! Laurie sent us some pictures of bowls she's received in the past for us to take a look at (and they're attached to the bulletin). If you can make it, please let Rebecca Price know so we know who to all expect. Yearly Dues A reminder to pay your yearly dues to Nawal, the yearly dues go towards club expenses to Rotary and Clubrunner and this year are $40. If $40 is too much for your budget, please let Nawal or myself know and we can work something out. Social Media Campaign As last meeting was cancelled due to weather we did not take any photos for our social media pages. Stratford Dragon Boat Festival This year's Dragon Boat Festival is going to be smaller scaled than previous years so our help is not needed this year on the island!
