We have secured a location for the September 24th joint Rotary/Kiwanis “Oktoberfest” meeting. We will have the meeting at the Granite Club again, which can accommodate 120 people. Davenport Catering will provide a special Oktoberfest dinner including schnitzel, Oktoberfest sausage, sides and dessert, all for $25.00 per person (includes tax, tip and room charge).
The evening will begin with a social at 5:30pm and then the dinner meeting will begin at 6pm. As a reminder, the guest speaker will be Tracy Vankalsbeek, Executive Director of the Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest, who will talk about KW Oktoberfest, the past, the present and the future. Kiwanis will be hosting this meeting.
