TEAM REPS

Would you be so kind as to keep the following in mind:

 

PLEASE

 

1.         Hand out the information packages.

 

2.         Motivate your players to collect donations.

 

3.         Inform your players to collect money as they ask for the donation, BUT definitely before the day of the game.  (Stress the fact that it's a donation and contributors will receive a tax receipt for all donations greater than $10.)

 

4.         If you obtain a corporate donation, please arrange to bring it to the game or have it sent in advance.  Only money received by the time of your game can be counted towards your team's total contribution.

 

5.         Collect all donation sheets and money from your players BEFORE the event.  Ensure that the players complete all data so that each donor can receive a tax receipt.  Complete the donation summary sheet and hand everything in on the day of the event (at least 1/2-hour before game time).
