One June 19th, we gathered at Grey Silo Golf Club to celebrate the President Changeover.
The evening was full of black & white with a touch of pink (theme) as everyone celebrated the year that has passed under the able stewardship of President Marilyn. A HUGE THANK YOU to Marilyn for all she has done to support the club and make this past year a success! We had a total of 68 attending including 5 Rotaractors.
Our MC, President Elect Chris Toal kept things under control and guided us thru the evening that included several events:
We presented Past President Paul Walman with a Paul Harris Fellowship recognizing his commitment to the success of the club! Congratulations Paul!

We were able to welcome 5 members of the newly formed KW Rotaract club and Marilyn and Gerry were able to present them with their Charter Certificate finally making the club official.
We inducted new member Vanessa Marshall into the club and she was presented with her membership certificate by Membership Chair Spiro Dracopolous, Past President Paul Walman and her sponsor Pres Elect Elect Steve Knipping. Welcome Vanessa!
We recognized our long serving members with a special shout out to our 30 year ironman John Scace!

The Heads or Tails contest and raffle raised a whopping $700!!
Most importantly we were able to thank Marilyn for her dedication to the club thru thick and thin over the past year and to welcome Gerry as our new leader for 2018. We look forward to the year ahead!
