SPEAKING TO THE ROTARY CLUB OF
BRIDGEWATER AND DISTRICT
 
 
Thank you for accepting an invitation to speak to the Rotary Club of Bridgewater and District.  Following is some information to help you prepare for a visit to our Club and for making a short presentation.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to communicate with the arranger of your visit or use the contact information provided on the Club’s home page: https://rotarybridgewater.ca .  Again, our thanks!
 
Address, Arrival Time, Parking:  The Rotary Club of Bridgewater and District meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month in the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre (LCLC), 135 North Park St., Bridgewater.  We normally meet in the Multi-Purpose Room (far end of the building next to the entrance to the library).  The meeting gets underway at 11:45 AM and concludes at 1:15 PM.  There is plenty of free parking in the LCLC lot. 
 
Presentation Equipment: If you wish to do an electronic presentation, please let your arranger know in advance so arrangements can be made for the required equipment. 
 
Meeting Schedule:
 
11:45 AM:                  Arrive at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre (LCLC)
Fellowship and lunch.  Please free to bring your own lunch as most of our members do.  If you wish, we can provide a lunch from the LCLC food kiosk, but please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
 
12:15 PM                    Meeting commences with remarks by the Club President
 
12:25 PM                    Introduction of guest speaker
                                     Guest speaker commences remarks
 
12:45 PM:                   Guest speaker concludes remarks
