“KidsAbility Update:

  • Congratuations to Tom Jeary - Tom is the recipient of an award from KidsAbility for his 26 years of volunteering.  Congrats Tom!

  • Spark Program: They started this program back in 2013 for kids with “mild needs” where they can improve their response times as these kids have been on the waiting list for a long time.  It’s largely aimed towards Occupations and Speech Therapy.  Average visits is about 5 per child, which includes tips, reassessments, and exercises.  97% of parents see improvement with their children after going through the program and they have about 1500 visits per year and have treated approximately 200 kids over past 4 years.  They are looking for funding for this program and our club is looking into what we will donate.

Other Reminders.....
