-Organization has been part of community for 50 years
-Mentoring is their main focus
-Mission: Help Children Live Their Potential
-Serve children age 6-16 in the Waterloo Region
-Largest service is one-to-one mentoring
-There are still 281 kids on their waiting list
-Children wait an average of two years to have Big Brother/Sister
-Sustainable funding is the organizations biggest challenge
-100% of funding is raised locally
-How can you help?-be a donor, volunteer, help at an event, or become an advocate
-They also have a need for recreational equipment
