Cathy Brothers was selected by The Lions Club of Kitchener as Citizen of the Year! Cathy will receive this award on May 30th at an annual awards gala. She will be recognized as the 64th Kitchener-Waterloo Citizen of the Year.
A longtime member of our club and a past President, and very active in our community, we are thrilled to have her as an Honorary member.

Grants Chair Karin Spenser and President Brandon were part of a cheque presentation to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. The local Rotary clubs made a donation of $5,000 recently.

District 7080 Update from DG Brenda Halloran
President Brandon and Ian Robertson thank District Governor Brenda Halloran for visiting the club. Brenda was presented with a Gift of Sight certificate and a copy of "40 Years of Service Above Self" the book John Thompson wrote to honour our clubs 40 years of service.
Brenda spoke to the club about District 7080 and the impact Rotarians make in their communities and the world.
