Answer: Do not track but they do make note of the success of each Cadets journey. Around 3-4% enter into the armed forces after participating as a cadet.
Graham- Is there a cost to be a cadet?
Answer: Funded through the CAF and various leagues (army, air, navy) fundraising.
Simon: How do you go about recruiting cadets?
Answer: Work with local media, school presentations, and social media. Some cadets will set up a booth in the mall to recruit.
Graham- What is your gender ratio?
Answer: 60% female, under 40% male (fluctuates). Lost males during the pandemic. Females seem to navigate the virtual world better.
