Rotary Duties...Are you responsible to give the invocation at an upcoming meeting. Here's what you need to know about your role and duties...

it is customary to open weekly meetings with an appropriate invocation or blessing. Usually such invocations are offered without reference to specific religious denominations or faiths.
Rotary policy recognizes that throughout the world Rotarians represent many religious beliefs, ideas and creeds. The religious beliefs of each member are fully respected, and nothing in Rotary is intended to prevent each individual from being faithful to such convictions.
Invocations can speak to the events of the day, the circumstances within the club, or provide inspiration for the week.  Invocations can be found at:  https://www.clubrunner.ca/Data/7870%5C2949%5CHTML%5C58164%5CNondemoninationalInvocations.pdf

  • The March 23rd meeting was a club fellowship event, a chance to spent some time "catching up". Below are some pictures of maskless Rotarians!

Ian Robertson provided the invocation for the meeting.

Troy Stuebing (R) was an amazing Sgt-at-Arms with Bill Pegg (L) looking after security at the door.
