Kitchener-Westmount Rotarians celebrated the annual holiday dinner on Wednesday December 13 at the Hacienda Serena in Kitchener.
President Brandon presented the "Gord Ferguson Community Builder Award" to well deserved John Thompson. John goes beyond Service Above Self, not only in our club but in many local organizations.
Congratulations John!
Past President Everton inducted our newest Rotarians into the club, Brooke Outingdyke and Ray Finnie. Both have enthusiastically joined us and are already actively engaged in our work.
Our Board of Directors for 2024-25 including incoming President Mac Graham and Vice President John Rose (President 2025-26). Karen Spenser was announced as incoming President for 2026-27.
Dave Forwell was the happy winner of the Wine Barrel!
He happily took home 45 bottles of wine, and Everton won the bid on the wine barrel.
Our thanks to Graham Gardiner for organizing the fundraiser. The total proceeds for the draw was $2,400.
