Guest Speaker: David Popowitch from MyCxO
MyCxO provide fractional management. Traditionally we hire full time and part time workers to complete a list of multiple job duties. With fractional, you find the similarity to freelance or contract workers. Factional workers are hired for a specific job, specific duties for the required need. These fractional managers time is split between multi fixed terms. Maybe one day a week, two days, or a day a month or three days a year.
What makes there model different is that you get access to experienced business professionals as you need them, for as long as you need them, without the obligation and risk of full-time employment. Their team becomes part of your team, in a cost effective way.
In the next five to fifteen years the workforce will lose 82 million workers due to retirement. Today HR still wants to hire full time employees and owners want full time employees. They want these hires to do multiple jobs, but with such a loss of workers, the economy won’t be able to survive using that old model.
Fractional employment is starting to be recognized as the viable option for the future worker short fall. There approach is different and brings proven experience:
On-demand experts
Experienced specialist
Part-time talent available fractionally
Trainers, facilitators, mentors
Industry sector experience
Multi-disciplined business leaders
Decades of practical experience.
Congratulations Kelly!
