Frank is an HR professional who has led significant business change initiatives. He is a Certified Human Resources Leader who has the ability to work top down and on the shop floor simultaneously, creatively developing end to end solutions for people engagement and business success.
A discussion on the Fair Work Place legislation presently in the house that would raise the minimum wage for Ontarians over the next could of years. Frank discussed the whys of the change, the hidden costs and what we as business can do about it. Most of the advice focused on getting ahead of the legislation, developing an action plan that engages your staff and Communicating your intention to your staff.
Great questions from the club that touched on the finer points regarding seasonal and construction work as well as tax related questions.
