  • Project Date:
    • Saturday, April 9, 2016 - 7pm to 9pm KST
  • SYLC's Role:
    • We co-hosted the event with Seoul City Improv (SCI), a comedy improv group that specializes in comedy performances. SCI provided the venue and put on the entire show (which was hilariously funny and entertaining!), while our SYLC team organized our club members to volunteer to handle logistics like ticket taking, assisted with promotions/marketing, brought snacks/drinks/refreshments, created the ticket system (Google Form), and created the Facebook event.
  • Event Results & Outcome
    • Monetary
      • Our club's total profit was 686,800 KRW to use for our #BetterSeoul project
        • We sold 176,800 KRW in food and beverage sales.
        • Ticket sales were 680,000 KRW (20,000 KRW per ticket)
          • Originally we had planned to split ticket sales 50% with Seoul City Improv, but, due to a change of heart the amazing group decided to donate 50% of their portion of the ticket sales to our club on behalf of our #BetterSeoul project! The amount which Seoul City Improv donated was 170,000 KRW.
          • SYLC's 50% of the ticket sales was 340,000 KRW.
    • Marketing
    • Our Facebook event reached over 1,100 people.
