Thanks to Quiz Master Brett for a challenging session - it would appear that not many of us are up with the play on the happenings of the younger generation.
Rotakids was something i was particularly interested in and so once again Mr Google came into play - most of what i found was from Great Britain and is a Citizenship programme mainly aimed at the Primary School age group.
The main objective is to introduce Rotary ideals to young people, as well as addressing citizenship, which is an important part of the school curriculum.
What a great idea.

Celeste is a mini lop eared bunny. I have no idea if this is what she looks like but this is pretty cute and i had lots of fun googling images for mini lop eared bunnies :)
She is 11 weeks old and is Rachels 5th bunny. The ones before her being Snowy 1, Snowy 2, Biffy and Tux (think about it, the name will give you some clue as to the demise of the previous bunnies).
Congratulations on your new arrival Rachel, may she have a long and happy life.

How does a club attract youthful members?
This interesting story was posted on District 9930 website and i thought it was worth sharing.
Wenatchee North Rotary in District 5060 is being transformed by a wave of talented young leaders who are bringing fresh ideas and energy into the club.
The secret of the club’s success? Club members have intentionally sought out young professionals, invited them to visit, and then found ways to let them give back to the community.
As a result, the club is on a growth curve to double its membership by the end of the year from the 30-some member size of just a few years ago.
