Health and Good Cheer
Nothing to report this week, so we should assume that everyone is fine!
50-50 Draw
PP Paul T ran the 50/50 draw which must be up around $400 by now.  Jim's mom drew the first ticket.  Paul T and Mike were both losers this week.
Good News
PP Paul T can sit where he wants now.
Heidi and her son Johannes are going to Austria for 2 weeks of resting and motorbiking.
Mike got back from two weeks of sailing in Alaska.
Chris W stepped on a nail doing construction at her cottage, and is going back for more this weekend.  She wasn't sure if her tetanus shots are up to date, but is going to hope for the best.
Pres Jim has 3 generations of his family in attendance today.
Jokester ???
This important position is current open.  Anyone interested, please inquire with Pres Jim about duties and compensation.

Part 1 - Pres Jim told us about the RI convention in Atlanta.
Our group rented a house that looked pretty nice.  The pictures showed that a lot of time was spent in the pool.
Chris W and Cayley drank early and often.
Gary collapsed their human bridge (again, in the pool), and later had a pajama party with Jim.
Ashton Kutcher is using technology to oppose human trafficking.
Bill Gates wants everyone to finish off polio.
A pro wrestler was an emcee for part of the program.

Part 2 - The 2017/2018 board consists of:
Linda, Paul T, Rebecca, Erica, Chad, Joe, Heidi, Noah, Florence, Jim J, Cayley W, Alicia
+ Larry as speaker-seeker

Part 3 - Coming this year.
Each member will be giving a 60s "Who am I" mini-speech this year.  One every week starting with last names starting with A.  Pres. Jim gave his today as an
example.
We're going to have social events, at least one per quarter.  Members separated into groups to discuss "fun-raisers" for the coming year and there were lots of good ideas.  Jim is going to survey us soon to find the most popular.
