What we thought last year.
USA would out peform Canada... it did
Technology would continue to do good... it did
Canadian Financials would out perform ... sorry but no .
Interest rates would remain low. yes they did but I can't imagine that anyone thought this low.
No recession ... Editors note Personally i don't know if we had 2 negative quarters of GDP growth but % decline in GDP growth was mind boggling
The 4th quarter of 2020 showed big changes. All sectors of S&P 500 showed growth with Energy and Financials leading the way. Technology grew but underperformed for the first time in 20 20
General thoughts for 2021
Fiscal stimulus will continue
No extended recession in 2021
Value stocks will do better(editors note actually I can't read my own writing)
Market correction sometime during 2021
