Job Developer, YMCA Employement Services

My name is Alicia Frosch and I have been a Job Developer for YMCA Employment Services in Cambridge for the past 9 years. YMCA Employment Services is funded by Employment Ontario to provide free job search support to youth and adults in the community, as well as full cycle recruitment support for employers. I am here today to share some information about the services we provide for both job seekers and companies looking to hire.
