Dancing in Life's Storms

Leanne has a beautiful new book that was just published -- Dancing in Life’s Storms—How One Woman Used Faith and Humor to Survive Widowhood, Breast Cancer and Brain Surgery that includes many photos that help illustrate this author’s journey.

Even with all she’s been through Leanne is one of the most upbeat people I know –always looking on the bright side of life—her sense of humor is infectious!

Her new memoir is quite the journey about resourcefulness and humor as survival skills when seemingly insurmountable challenges come your way. The author/columnist discusses how humor got her through some incredible journeys.

Besides being a writer, newspaper columnist and inspirational speaker, Leanne has survived three enormous life’s ‘storms’ with humor, the love of friends, family and faith.  She's an upbeat speaker and has wonderful messages to impart.

When she was 38 when her husband, a pilot, was killed when his plane crashed. The next 'storm' was breast cancer that had spread to her lymph nodes, and she had a double mastectomies. Next, a few years ago, she had an aneurysm and extensive brain surgery.

All of this would stop most people, but not Leanne.
