For three decades, The Phipps Center for the Arts been a place to explore, host and celebrate the arts. It's a destination for visual art, theater, song and dance in the St. Croix Valley of eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

The Phipps has a mission to celebrate the creative spirit, and a vision to be a leader in attracting artists and patrons through an eclectic mix of creating, producing, presenting, and exhibiting artistic expression.
