Many people at Rotary Tuesday morning wanted to know about donating books to the AAUW book Sale. Here are details regarding drop-off locations and times.
Bring books to Family Fresh Market and Dick’s Market in River Falls and County Market in Hudson. Donation Barrels were set up on September 1. AAUW is also accepting jigsaw puzzles this year.
Large quantities of books can be dropped off at Global Made (126 N. Main, on the east side of Main St.) from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, September 8, 15, 22, 29 and October 6 and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturdays September 4,11,18,25 and October 2.
As the flyer states: Please do not donate textbooks, encyclopedias, or Reader’s Digest Condensed Books.
