Mayor Kim Norton started the new year off with news about Rochester. I listened to the ups and downs of the year and the hopes for the future. What I heard is an authentic and ethical approach to leading the city forward. I am grateful to the mayor and all of the city leaders for their hard work. Rochester is lucky.
