Mentoring Young Engineers & Solving Water Problems
The Coon Rapids Rotary Club members were guests at the Ramsey Rotary Club last week. The speakers were Jeff Peltola and Sam Stoffels with the "Engineers Without Borders" (EWB) non-profit organization.
They gave a presentation about a water project in El Salvador. It's one of nearly 700 projects that EWB has been working on in over 40 countries--mostly in the Southern Hemisphere. For more information, check out their website at: http://ewb-mn.org/about-us/
