DC2018 Sweet County Welcome

For Rotarians arriving in Prince Edward County for the "Rotary Reunion" District 7070 Conference,  Sweet County Welcome is hosted by Wellington and Picton Rotary Clubs as a Pre-Conference dessert party  on Friday October 26th at the Wellington Legion, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.  

All participants are welcome to drop in as you please, but we would appreciate if you register to indicate your attendence so that we can make sure we have enought desserts for everyone! (Note:  Register as Guest and not Member if you are not a Wellington Rotarian)

The event is FREE to all attendees and their families and friends.  Desserts and after-dinner cheese plates will be served, and the Wellington Legion will provide a Cash Bar, serving Rotary Beer and County wines and spirits.

PLEASE NOTE:  THE EVENT IS CURRENTLY OVER-SUBSCRIBED. THE LEGION CAN ACCOMMODATE 100 PEOPLE, AND CURRENT REGISTRATION IS AT 120.  ASSUMING THAT NOT EVERYONE WILL ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME, AND THAT NOT EVERYONE WILL STAY TIL THE END, WE ARE PROBABLY OK FOR NOW.  CONSEQUENTLY, WE HAVE CLOSED THE REGISTRATION.
