John Tory, Mayor of Toronto, has brought considerable political experience to his current posting, having been the Leader of the Ontario PC Party between 2004 and 2009.

John's illustrious career spans the world of businss, media and the legal profession.  For almost a decade, John was the Managing Partner and Member of the Executive Committee at Tory's LLP.  He served as Chairman of the Canadian Football League as well as President & CEO of Rogers Media Inc. and Rogers Cable Inc.  At NewsTalk1010, John hosted the popular radio show Live Drive with John Tory.  Prior to winning the mayoral election of 2014, John was the Chairman of CivicAction, an organization he co-founded.

John is married to Barbara Hackett.  They have four children.
