VIBE's Community Arts Programs: The Impact on Young People

Julie Frost is the Executive and Artistic Director at VIBE Arts, an award-winning organization that has, since 1995, provided high quality arts education to young people in under-resourced communities. 

VIBE Arts aims to have a lasting impact on the lives of children and youth by using creativity and innovation in arts education to build skills, resiliency and foster positive social change.

Prior to her current position, Julie has worked as an Arts Educator at the Royal Ontario Museum for twenty three years.
