PACT Urban Peace Program

David Lockett is the Co-Founder and President of PACT (Participation, Acknowledgement, Commitment and Transformation) Urban Peace Program, an award-winning charitable organization in the GTA dedicated to working with, supporting and empowering at-risk youth, as well as youth already in conflict with the law, to reach their full potential in life.

Through his work with PACT Program, David has helped 15,000 over a period of 25 years.  His vision, leadership, passion and unconditional kindness has been recognized with numerous awards, including City of Toronto, Ward 16, Volunteer of the Year award in 2007 as well as Special Recognition award from Mayor Miller and City Council re. Transformational Canadian in 2010.

David Lockett is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Parkdale and Paul Harris Fellow.
