Join us Thursday, January 19 at 4:30 p.m. as we walk through the exhibits and enjoy each other's company as we catch up after the holidays (the bar will be open!).
Our very own Tara Templeman will be there to answer questions about exhibits and provide behind the scenes information. On top of the permanent gallery showcasing so many cool photos and stories of Linn County, January's exhibits will include:
- Alliant Energy: 140 Years Powering Progress | Did you know Alliant started with an investment of less than $12,000 and just two employees? Now they serve over 985,000 customers!
- Occupied Wounded Knee 1973 | This exhibit commemorates the 50th anniversary of the 1973 occupation of Wounded Knee, South Dakota and the trials that followed.
