Big thanks to everyone who helped organize and sell ping pong packages for this year's BIG DROP! All of your hard work will help us make a big impact on the community.
- We'll need a couple of people there early to setup before the market opens at 7:30 a.m. We'll need the most people to be there from 9 am to 11:30 - that's time for last minute sales, the Drop at 11 and then cleanup before the market closes at noon. We'll head over to Need Pizza to celebrate after we are done!
- To help manage ball entries and record keeping, TheBigDropCR.com won't be public after 5 p.m. today. People can still access the webpage through its not so fancy main web address: https://the-big-drop.square.site/
- Ping pong package buyers can also pay through Venmo @CRWestRotary – (Here we need buyer's name, phone number and ball count in the subject line)
- If you sold ball packages in-person, please text Pete Eddington (678-704-3391) today with the names of your buyers and the number of balls they bought. We can take this info on Saturday, but it is best if we can get this reported and recorded before then.
- If you want to drop off any cash or checks from in-person ball sales, you can drop it off through Friday at House of Carpets 2712, First Avenue NE. After Friday, bring the money to the Farmer's Market.
