Our next meeting at the NCSML will November 3rd at Noon.

 

Representatives of the Rotary Foundation will be speaking and we will discuss our annual giving goal for the 2021-2022 session.

The 16th Avenue bridge will be closed until Spring of 2022 for flood wall construction.

For those that use the bridge to get to the NCSML for our Wednesday meetings, you will need to utilize the 12th Avenue bridge.

Please save the date Saturday November 19th for our Salvation Army Bell ringing day.

We will be scheduling 1 hour time slots from 10:00 AM - 4:00PM and will be at the Wilson Ave Hy Vee, on the corner of Wilson Avenue and Bowling Street.

We are kicking off the season so the weather should be good, and we will try and cover shifts for the entire day. Watch for sign up information next week.

What a group last Wednesday!

The challenge has been set.

Team Lijun, Dana, Charles, Liz, and Brian filled 300 bags for the childrens lunch program and Team Dennis, Penny, Rochelle, Dave and Matt boxed 75 ERB's! What's an ERB? Volunteer to find out, or I will let you know at the next meeting.

 

We have filled the November 3rd, 5:15-6:15 PM, slot, and we may need to look to cancel the Saturday morning slot as no one has signed up for that one.
