Toronto Police Service This year’s recipient is Sergeant Michael Sharpe who was presented by Staff Sergeant Neil Hall and Inspector Roger Forde. Neil and Roger accepted the award for Michael in his absentia. Also, in attendance was Elaine Wong, Awards and Recognition Co-ordinator, Toronto Police Service Headquarters.
