Rotary put on a food packaging event on the day that Jennifer Jones landed in our city.
We decided that one way to honor her and the office of the president of Rotary International is to do what we do best.
The event was held in 5 different places, across 4 districts and all this was coordinated by Ken Hurst and his group of people.
115138 meals ready for use, 70 cases were placed into a truck flown out to the Philippines.
