During the Feb 12th meeting, two presentations were made by Nash
1. Elections process and update
Members were reminded and updated with the Schedule of Elections process for the selection of 2018-19 Board and Office bearers
Introduction of complete slate with positions, for which the elections will be held on March 19th.
Qualification for President Elect and Directors and explanation of Nomination form and procedures.
Nomination forms and various positions description will be sent to the membership this week, All members are encourage
to come forward and participate in the future leadership role.
2. Rotary Golf Tournament
)
- Fellow ship event, our own tournament, target to get 40 golfers with 10 - 4sum
- Spousal Night – After game and Dinner or some wants to join earlier
- Prizes – 3 Golf (donations)
- Door Prizes – 5 (donations)
- Silent Auction
- 50/50
- Small Raffle items ($100, $500, or $1000) donations (smart TV etc.)
- This tournament would be in lieu of a meeting
- Sponsorship
Banner, pull up signs or any other signs provided by Sponsor
Hole Sponsor signs – Target 18 sponsors out of Club members
($120 each plus cost)
A committee will be formed, as it is decided by the club during meeting to have the tournament with RH, and selection is done for Richmond Hill Golf Club, pricing and menu were also shared with the membership. Stay tune with the update.
