Toastmasters and Rotary

Len Bulmer has been a Toastmaster for 14 years . He has attained the Distinguished Toastmaster designation- the highest recognition from Toastmaster's International. He is currently the President of the Town of Newmarket Toastmasters Club. He is a retired CPA. he volunteers (when there is no pandemic) at the Emergency ward at Southlake and in area nursing  homes. He has served on the Boards of The York Region Children's Society, the Aurora Historical Society, the York Region Stephen Lewis Society and was the Board Chair of an international 150,000 member global cycling foundation until last year.. He is particularity interested in the topics of Receiving Critical Feedback and Mentoring and Coaching and gives sessions and workshops across North America on these topics to various Toastmasters groups.

 

Len has been married for 36 years and has two adult children. he cycles thousands of kms in our short biking season each year. He believes the world needs more leaders who practice ethical servant-based leadership.
