- We did not have any guests or a speaker.

 

- The Board meeting was held on Monday, April 25.  All members who were present at the Club meeting had also attended the Board meeting so Chris did not report on the discussions at the Board meeting.  The next Board meeting will be on August 22, 2016.

 

- Three of our meetings in June will be cancelled since the meetings will be replaced by other events.  The Golf Tournament will be onWednesday, June 15, 2016.  On Tuesday, June 21, 2016, the District Change Over will be at St. Elias.  The dinner will be $40.  Our club's change over will be on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Peter-Paul's house.

 

- We devoted most of the meeting to a presentation by Chris on use of and access to Rotary International's website and Clubrunner.  

 

- Howie raised the subject of the size of our club.  In the past year, we have lost some members and we have not been successful in recruiting new members..  There was general acknowledgement that the club needs to address this.  Are we comfortable maintaining the status quo or should we look into amalgamating with another club?  We will have a discussion on the subject at our next meeting.
