Time to purchase your Fall Film Series Pass if you haven't done so!  (see below).

Great news! We have established that the Eventive online streaming platform is a workable platform for almost all of our subscribers.  Although we would rather be in a live theatre, in this COVID environment it isn't possible.

So with that, now we are ready to begin our Fall 2020 Film Series.
 
The following films will be available beginning at the stated start time and for the following 72 hours.
 
Film Start Date and Time:

  • Saturday, November 28, 7:30 pm:       First Cow
 
  • Saturday, December 5, 7:30 pm:         Honeyland
 
  • Saturday, December 12, 7:30 pm:       How to be a Good Wife (La Bonne Epouse)
 
Each film has a unique web link (see above) that will take you to the Eventive landing site for each of our films.  You can explore the above links now and view the trailer for each film and a brief film synopsis.  The Link immediately to the left of the 'Play Trailer' link will be enabled at the start time of each film and for the following 72 hours.

Each film has a DISCOUNT CODE (this is essentially your admission ticket).  Paid subscribers will receive a discount code for each film a few days before the viewing period start date.  Do not use the 'Pre-order Now' link on the Eventive site unless you have a DISCOUNT CODE for the film.

All Paid-up Fall Series Subscribers will also receive a 'Troubleshooting 101' email from us this coming weekend.  It should be read carefully by any Fall Series Subscribers who did not attend the Winter Series.

How to Purchase a Fall Film Series Pass

 
If you haven't already done so and would like to subscribe to our Fall 2020 Film Series, the price for the series is $36.  Please contact Florence O’Connor at foconnor1219@gmail.com to purchase a virtual pass (e-transfers are accepted).  

You can test if your set-up is compatible by going to the Eventive landing page for one of our films.  On that page, click on the 'Need Help ?' link at the top right of the web page, then click the 'Test Your Device' and follow the instructions.

Because of measures taken to contain the spread of Covid-19, the Landmark Cinemas are closed. We have therefore suspended the 2020 Film Series until it safe to re-open. Please watch this space for further updates.
 
The Stittsville Rotary International Film Series is pleased to bring you again this year a selection of the best films of the world. As a TIFF Film Circuit Centre, our film committee chooses a mix of interesting, entertaining and thought-provoking films from the Toronto International Film Festival and other leading Film Festivals around the world.
 
Our 2020 Film Series features eight films, screening once a month, January to May and September to November.  All screenings are held on Mondays at the Landmark Theater in Kanata Centrum. Passes are $88 for all 8 screenings, and are fully transferrable if you can’t attend for any reason.  Alternatively, you can purchase January to May screenings for $60 and September to November screenings for $36.  When ordering a pass, choose your preferred screening time: 4:00pm, 7:00pm or 7:15pm.  To purchase your film series pass please contact Florence O’Connor, at foconnor1219@gmail.com or any member of the Rotary Club of Ottawa-Stittsville.
